The cultures of the Inkas and their predecessors have left us evidence of their
considerable technological, social and spiritual achievements. It has not been
possible to erase the soul of these Andean peoples and at every step we find
examples of a glorious past. Time has been the faithful witness of those great men
who have not really left but are still here as guides just like the stars, Moon, Sun,
earth, valleys and mountains.

Much has been said about the Andes; but from outside, never from within, from the
essence. Some thinkers and teachers of the world have tried to understand the

Mother Earth gives life to human being, she is the sublime divinity in our world. The
Pachamama taught us to love everything unconditionally. She showed us that work

Eyes like those that gaze.
Eyes like those that moisten.
Water that falls on each part of the Earth.

Dusk has come… night delicious as never any
other. I awaken from a long deep sleep.
Lips touching, a green light for the Love.
For a moment, colors blend. Green becomes
transparent. Amidst hungry looks.
What could it be? A beginning that already
seem to bear meaning. Passes through our
minds in convulsion. The embrace brings
security. The kiss drowsily lingers. Magic
sensation. Becomes a hypnotizing wave.
Wave… that liberates. The freedom of being,
and always loving. Loving much and every
time more. Love in flames. You call to me.

Princess in Arabian language. She was created to show more about the experiences in life, the transformations
and rebirths that a human being open to life can pass. In this book, I recount the liberations, deliverances and
apprenticeships that Shazadi underwent, as well as the severing of energetic ties in order to achieve a clear
vision of sensations and feelings throughout the entire process of changes.

I wish to share the result of a centuries-long internal endeavor of Shazadi’s life. And the greatest of these
findings was the acknowledgement of her inner strength and capacity to transform any reality –since that which
is real is our own inner world, and the external is a mere reflection. We learn increasingly more through the
experiences and teachings of others and –if we are genuine- we shall be able to share with others those of our
own.

I feel joyful in being able to bring this work about and express what I have come to realize and grasp in time. I
am no example of perfection, but yes of an endless path of self growth and expansion. When open and
accessible to life, we can no longer falter and we transform into a continuous energetic movement.

Once we embark on the path of “BEING”, we assume another view of the world, since we understand that it is
we who construct it. If someone, whomever, carries out his/her part and fulfills their energizational mission, will
be contributing to the creation of a better world. I learned that we can’t change anyone, that all that can be
modified is inside one.

It is important, first, to know our emotions, feelings, our body, the limitations of the moment and the conflicts
that occur – to be overcome as we progress.  Then we will see that the changes shall be always ever-present
in our lives, modifying the setting and surrounding to show us the reality of our inner power: a power of which
we must be aware and conscious of, for it shall show us the richness of not only the physical world, but the
spiritual as well.

We must learn that life goes beyond the simple, beyond the basic, even beyond material wealth; and it shall
depend on our vision of the world to be able to accept a life with freedom. The freedom of consciousness will
allow us to create a true and authentic higher life, one of superior values.

Humankind is in need of recognizing its own inner strength. We all possess knowledge and experiences which
we bring from previous lives and, it all being interconnected; there exists no separation with the Universe. To
think that our family is one and only and unique is a foible, an illusion of a world small and filled with
restrictions. Our family is much greater, it is conformed by all who participate in the internal movement of
expansion within the Light.

The discovery of inner forces is necessary and becomes challenging, for it is often easier, sometimes, to
conform with the exterior and superficial manifestations of a simple life; the routine path becomes even more
convenient, with less toil and lesser challenge.  Personal confrontation –of oneself and one’s fears- is the
gateway that allows us to come upon who we really are and enables us to grow responsibly. To learn and
acknowledge truth –in the sense of personal authenticity- is an arduous task; yet one that in the end yields its
fruit of satisfaction. To be authentic is a daring challenge, it is the path to liberation which leads us to become
in queens and kings, gods and goddesses, of our own lives – for that is what, in essence- we truly are. Time
and Space are merely states of our own divinity.

Our emotions and experiences are stored and recorded in the DNA and that as we become liberated of our
energetic fetters from the past, we become enabled to fully assume and engage in our present reality.

The need of realizing and acknowledging the importance of well being, of being satisfied in the preservation of
the divine in humanity, is growing; the amount of persons opening themselves to this way and path grows
constantly greater. In my inner journeys I discovered the mountains of the Andes and how this land of
Pachamama radiates its mantle of light over the entire Planet. Life led me to know these mountains of power
and to walk upon their sacred ground. In the Andes, I learned to root my power and consciously activate my
chakras, the energy centers located along my spinal chord.

It is necessary to be open to life in order to acquire the capacity of modifying our paths, leave behind what we
are no longer in need of bearing. And that way we shall witness fantastic results and recognize our soul, which
guides us to open our heart and, when breathing in it, we will perceive that not only our lungs are functioning
but rather our total self, manifesting  to us the act of unconditional love that will enable us to  live in purity and
authenticity.

As unique beings, we are aware of the need for people to awaken, that they may remove themselves from
basic existence, which is a reflection of miserliness in respect to their own spiritual path. For the world envelops
them in a halo of illusion and turns them into slaves of their own desires and fantasies, wasting away their own
existence into enfeoffment through assuming debts and obligations through acts of mere ignorance which only
serve to fill them with dissatisfaction at the stark shallowness of the life they’ve accepted in exchange. This
leads them to crave and desire more material goods through which only further complications and the
realization of yet more failures and dissatisfactions will ensue.

When an individual strays away from, or abandons his path of inner peace, that person finds sickness and
malaise, is captured by the radical option of suicide and becomes dependant on tranquilizers and therapies to
attempt relief or healing from the numerous imbalances that assail him. Stress is a contemporary malaise that
affects even the natural principles of growth and maturity of a person. Hence, with the passing of years, when
we become old, we become once again like children. And if our life was besought with shallowness and
insignificance, this elderly-child will be an unsatisfied person, will feel abandoned, neglected and begin to lose
the sense of the charm of life, because of not knowing what more to possess or what to possess it for … And
that individual shall have to undergo moments of great inner difficulty and insecurity. Obviously, life can be
different than that -it depends on us, on one- if we decide here and now to make the change toward a higher
phase of development and spiritual and material balance.

I also wish to share with you matters and issues concerning the energy of love. The most powerful of energies
extant within the realm of human existence is  that of creation, the energy of the power of transformation. That
is sexual energy, the energy of Kundalini, expressed symbolically in the form of an alchemical serpent. Love is,
in its absolute totality, one great energetic expression that teaches us to urge and impel spiritual growth. With
this energy, the creativeness of the individual is augmented and enhanced and he, or she, becomes more
awake and aware –keener- in addressing and dealing with the subtleties and insights of the world at large.
The passage of time and the school of life were my great allies in self-discovery, since – as a woman - by virtue
of physical and emotional coexistence with other beings, I was able to learn about my own virtues and
weaknesses. Further to that line of thought – and as woman - I wish to not only vindicate but clearly assert this
principle of sexual freedom and the full conscientiousness of it within and amongst those of feminine sex. In
other words: without any tinge of guilt and far from the creed of sin.

Throughout history we witness the continuous repression of women, even at the level of their own personal
pleasure. In present times we are confronted with examples -in the Middle East, in Africa and in more than a
few Indigenous Cultures of the “New World” (such as the Amazonian Region of Peru)- where women, upon
reaching a certain age, undergo ablation of their clitoris -generally claiming “religious reasons”- in what
constitutes a flagrant act of aggression, contempt and abuse of their personal freedom. The concept of “being
a Woman” is very ample and broad, and the sensations of pleasure depend on how that “being a Woman” is
grounded and sustained in accordance with that individual’s personal desires.

It is my hopeful wish that this book may awaken in you the strength and will to “Dare” in your lives, so that you
may understand to “Be” and thus diminish or reduce your dependence to “Have,” since so many acquisitions in
our lives –over the course of time- become so utterly unnecessary.

It is through the medium of poetry that I express events and happenings of the soul, which are in essence
thoughts rooted and based in older and ancient experiences and emotions.

I neither propose or subscribe to the idea that we should, at present, continue to dwell in trees and depend
solely upon the fruits of nature for sustenance; nor that we should simply as well as expectantly await the
advent of miracles. There is more to life than that –this book, for example, is made possible by technology
created or devised by human beings. In discerning and recognizing our true and real necessities, we should
nonetheless prioritize just that which is appropriate and conducive to our spiritual path. In that way we shall
attain liberation, slaves no longer of “Having” and utilize or devote our time to growth knowing that this is one
unique opportunity.

Only thus shall we arrive at the realization that we can recognize and identify our own strength without loss of
tenderness, without being any less gentle. For inner strength must nevertheless always be closely associated
with sweetness; only so,  placing feeling and sensitivity in all our endeavors, will we find the beauty in
ourselves; only then, when developing and expressing our art, we shall be able to recognize life in its myriad
manifestations –where beauty is endowed with all and every form and expression of its own. And to move about
in the company of beauty will teach and show us our own charm. To no one nor anything other than ourselves
need we offer nor feel compelled to show proof of this our personal treasure, for if we feel we must, then we
become captives of someone else’s judgment, and so lose the gift of feeling our own grace.

The weakness of many women lies in competing among one another to attain or secure their own space. A
situation narrowed to one striving to show that she is better and prettier than the other, whilst all along
forgetting that only when realizing one’s inner beauty will it forever shine, even to the oldest age. And if one
seeks an inner path, this beauty will be gifted with even greater light and harmony. In the Shamanic way lies
the path of beauty and pleasure.

Humankind is blinded by the illusion that growth is achieved through suffering -forgetting that the root of growth
is the pleasure- and proclaiming our duty to be that of carrying out actions of liberation from emotional burdens
and penitential tasks for the purposes of cleansing ourselves of pains, sufferings and guilt –in short: sins. Most
religions show a fondness to inculcate that the divine order is to be reached through suffering. The principal
result of this sort of ignorance laden belief has been –and continues to be so till this very day- that of creating
countless hindrances and obstacles to impede the Soul from transcending the barriers that keep it detained.
The path of inner growth may seem more difficult, yet with discipline and time, this road becomes more sound
and secure, as well as clearer to follow. In shamanism we do have confrontations of lives lived and living, yet
the key to that lies in recognizing the latest –and ultimate- reality: that one that lies beyond our own limitations.
It is at that moment when the transitory nature of realities –that which affects our equilibrium- can be
transformed to durability.

In the Shamanic path, we learn to die to be reborn, to rise once more triumphant, expressing power along with
sweetness and sensitivity. Paradise is here and now and one must undertake a constructive and pleasurable
life at all levels.

It is in the simplicity of the moment and the receptivity of our heart that the where and when of spiritual peace is
found. And journeying deeply into our self shall we realize the measure of our greatness and the worthiness of
our value.

The divine essence of every Self is the reflection of the beauty that exists within the Universe.

The Power’s Centers are very specific sites and places which exist on our planet. In these Centers there is a
flow of vital waves and currents, emanating energy, thus forming energetic nuclei. The People who dwelled
there evolved with a markedly developed level of inner growth, highly knowledgeable in the Esoteric Sciences
of the Universe. To live in these Centers in present times represents a privilege of few. Places where people
feel touched by the strength of the energy flow, their hearts open up and, benefiting from the Solar Initiations,
expand to their full potential, hence living better.

There are moments when Shazadi travel in time and space through visions and receive and partake of
initiations which impulse her growth and development.
